Great alternative for actives
I think this serum does exactly what it says and really brightens the skin. It would be a great alternative if you couldn't use certain skincare ingredients while you were pregnant. It has a fairly strong smell but a natural smell so it's quite nice and I like the texture too. Does what it says

It Works!
After 10 weeks of using this serum, my skin has never looked so fresh and radiant. This serum is really that good! It definitely has helped even my skin tone. It absorbs well and leaves skin feeling hydrated. Love the pump applicator and one pump is sufficient for my fae and neck. Great that you can purchase refills as well.

Patch test it
I have some pigmentation (from too much sun exposure in my childhood in Australia!) and after reading reviews I was very keen to try this serum on those areas. I only applied the skin reset serum on the areas I have pigmentation (not my whole face) and my skin was red and reactive in response to this product (including a burning sensation). I do not normally have sensitive skin. I would recommend patch testing this product before use on the whole face. Due to my skin's reaction I therefore did not continue its use and cannot comment on its efficacy

Lovey serum
First time trying the brand and have been enjoying the serum a lot- it’s more of a lotion consistency, feels a little heavy for a serum but it absorbs fast into the skin. Haven’t used long enough to see the claims of fading hyperpigmentations, but my skin definitely feels supple and hydrated.

Not for sensitive skin
For reference my skin is sensitive and (over) reactive. I have to use quite basic products, but I thought that this serum was worth trying as it is marketed as being suitable for sensitive skin due to it's ingredients being more down the natural route. Unfortunately I ended up with red skin that took about a week to come back from, so I cannot recommend this one for people like me. I do think that this brand is an innovative one and I love their stance on sustainability. I also appreciate and admire the founder and how involved in the brand she is. I think that if your skin is more balanced with no real issues, this brand is worth trying out.
