Very glowy
This gives a great glow and slight shine to under the eyes (where I use it) which also lasts the whole day. It brightens and does a great job at making my skin feel moisturied as well. I always get compliments when I'm wearing this, I think it makes my eyes look sparklier as well!

Gives a wonderful glow
So first things first, I didn't expect the balm to come in a stick. I do have some hygiene concerns with this format on the long run. However, I find this make the under eye area really glowly and make the skin looks lighter without the need for make up. It's also quite hydrating without causing millia.

Very moisturising, great under concealer!
I received this in the space NK advent calendar, I’m very glad that I did! This is a cooling product and can be applied throughout the day. How I have been using this product is prior to primer, before I had my under eye concealer. I feel it moisturisation that enables my concealer to be applied over the top, which means I don’t get dry patches under my eyes. I don’t know how it does it, but it plays really well with my hourglass concealer and also my tarte concealer. You only need one swipe, so a little goes along way, so this will last a long time. I will absolutely re purchase this when I’ve used up this product.

I have been using Tula rose glow for a while now and I love it. I like that it hydrates my under eye area and the cooling effect is amazing. It really makes my under eye area brighter.This is something I will continue to buy as I love the results. I also love that the brand is cruelty free

Very cooling but not much else
I really love the instantly cooling effect this has on the skin, it feels absolutely lovely first thing in the morning. However, I don't think it does much else. If your skin is not well moisturised before applying, then it leaves you with white streaks so you need to be careful with that. I was also told you could apply it over makeup for a light brightening effect - but because it's in a stick, I'd worry it would get dirty with makeup so I wouldn't feel comfortable applying it on clean skin afterwards.
