Beautiful, subtle glow
This primer will give you a very subtle glow and it has a beautifying effect - it kind of smooths my face and evens out my skin tone as well, and any little imperfections disappear. You definitely could wear it on its own as well. Makeup sits beautifully on it and it lasts fresh and nice all day (I don't powder my face, I do use a setting spray though). I follow with the Real Flawless Foundation from Laura and these two work great together. Don't overdo it - you just need a pea size for the whole face. Great product!

Beautiful
I really like the Laura Mercier Primers, my favourites are this one and the protecting one I also quite like the hydrating one. This just adds a really nice glow to skin, isn’t heavy on the skin and doesn’t have any glitter in it. Definitely repurchase

Bad packaging
I had previously reviewed this product and had given it 4/5 stars as I was pleased with how the product was on my skin. However, after 3 weeks of use the tube has completely split. I don't know if it's a fault with the product packaging or if I'm just unlucky, but everytime I try to use it now, it makes a mess. Quite disappointing for such a good brand. I would still recommend the product but be aware that the tube can split easily.

Good base, nice highlight
I have been using this for about a month and really like the glow it gives my skin. It looks lovely on its own or under foundation. I have quite sensitive skin, and this hasn't caused me to break out or have any adverse reaction. As I have dry skin, I would like to try the moisturising primer next.

Perfect make up base
I absolutely love how this give your skin that lit from within glow that makes you look so healthy. I have used this alone and as a make up base and love it for both. As I have slightly oily skin this didn’t hold on to my make up as much as other primers but make up applied flawlessly.
