Use on dry feet before you bath or shower, on areas of thickened, calloused, or dehydrated skin of the feet. Concentrate on the heels, the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and areas of weight-bearing. Leaves skin smooth and callus free. Use twice a week.
Wash after use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file. Do not over-grip the file. Do not immerse or leave foot file in water.

Simply the best!
I really wish I had tried this years ago, having been a fan of the products I only just thought to try the foot file and it is game changing! I have tried so many different files over the years for in between pedicure maintenance but this is miles better than all the rest. Quick

The best foot file
This is the best foot file on the market. I can’t express in words how get this foot file is. Perfect for maintenance or if you have lots of hard skin on your feet. You can buy replacement files to stick on, however they last a long time if you treat them right. After use I use a (cheap) toothbrush that I only use with my foot file to clean the file: I wet the toothbrush and then clean the file with it and then lave it to dry flat.

Great BUT it does need some improvement
This is a great foot file, however the handle needs serious improvement. Whilst my feet are buffed to an inch of their life and look great, my hand sometimes gets cut due to the sharp edges on the handle. The handle is the only part that needs work, as the buffer is really good.

Great for my callous feet
This is a really great file, I find! It is one of the only ones I used and saw a big difference in my feet skin quality. It feels smoother for sure. And also I use it in the bath and it works great. Amazing combo as a reusable file with the replacement files!
