Never tried a prep before so was sceptical. I must add I did strip all existing tan I had on first. The spray nozzle was a bit dodgy so ending pouring little bits into my hand and smoothing over my body. I let it dry completely before reapplying. Will definitely use now prior to self tanning. Winner in my book 😍

I always struggle to get a tan which suits my light pale skin, they always come out orange or green however this is lovely and helps prep well. its not too deep so is natural. I did leave on for 3 hours before washing as I wanted a deeper tan. Isle of paradise is always a good brand of tan

Disappointing
I really cannot say I noticed any difference to my tan when using this spray before applying my tanning product. I tried using it before hand and not using it and it made no difference whatsoever.to the staying power or colour of my tan. It smelt nice but I also had a faulty spray bottle so it was very difficult to use.

Worked a treat!
After purchasing a few things from the Isle of Paradise range for myself and as gifts - and liking them - a friend treated me to this as a surprise. It goes on well and feels nice on the skin. It definitely helps with providing a good base for tanning but I would recommend a light double spray. My skin felt moisturised and soft. Haven’t tried it with other tanning brands but certainly fine when using with this brand.

definitely recommend
With too many failed self tanner attempts I was nervous to test this out. But... LIFE CHANGED. I paired with the dark tanner and was left with a beautiful and accurate sun tanned shade. Streak free, no blotches or uneven color dispersion. I was out in the sun and my first use was on the parts that dont see the sun and were quite pasty. Within hours it MATCHED my natural tan.
