Favourite shampoo
I've tried so many shampoos over the last few years and keep coming back to this one - it leaves my long, fine, dry-ended balayaged hair smooth, hydrated and clean, with no stickiness, greasiness or residue left behind. I double-wash my hair for best results.

Not the best
When i first tired this shampoo i wasn't keen on it as it left my hair texture not right. i kept trying it and finished the small bottle and just wasn't that pleased with it. I felt like it wasn't cleaning my hair properly and felt like their was residue from the product on my hair. Maybe it just didn't work for my hair type ad works better on not so oily hair

Ok but not great
I have medium texture 2C hair. I bought this shampoo having heard rave reviews about the brand. I'm bitterly disappointed, having spent so much money on such a small quantity. It leaves my hair feeling dull and stripped. My scalp is dry, my hair texture is frizzier and drier and the overall condition is dull, limp and tangled. I use it once a week as a clarifying shampoo but I have to pre treat my hair with an oil or mask. The only nice thing about this shampoo is the smell.

just okay for me
I bought the travel size along with the conditioner for a vacation. I didn't care too much for the smell. Living Proof is more often miss than hit for me. I think I really only love their Triple Bond Complex because it works and is so convenient. I didn't finish the small size but I brought it home. I didn't notice any difference in my hair. I won't purchase this again.

Amazing shampoo
I have been using this brand for around 4 years, however have been using the perfect hair day one for almost two years now. It leaves my hair super soft but not oily, takes my frizz but maintains volume, and gives me gorgeous curls. I used to wash my hair almost daily with this I’m managing some weeks a once a week wash, which I am loving!! I love the smell too!! I don’t know how more I can praise this shampoo!!!
