Practical, efficient
I have two sharpeners, neither of which are up to the task I am afraid. This one, however, is brilliant. Small, sleek, nice colour that is easily spotted in a makeup bag, easily transportable and makes sharpening a breeze. I would definitely recommend this. It's one of those less glamorous purchases, but entirely necessary.

Good to travel with
This sharpner swivels. Which makes it fun and is a bit gimmicky, but the swivel means that you can turn the sharpner side inside and carry it around and it won't open. There is only one size and takes standard size items. Sharpens them well. However, I have mobility issues and on the days I have a flare up it is difficult to manoeuvre, just something to think about.

such a super handy little sharpener, easy to store, easy to empty, throw it in your make up bag. doesn't feel cheap or useless like some do. I keep this for sharpening my eyeliner and Charlotte tilbury lip liner. holy grail. an absolute must have for any ones make up bag
