Sensitive skin or new to retinol
I recieved a sample size and used for just over a week- from these first impressions; it has no noticeable scent which for me is a plus. The consistency applied well and it didn't ball or pill with my moisturiser applied over. It is very gentle so think it would be a great product to use if you are new to retinol or have super sensitive skin.

i really like this serum, its not sticky and it absorbs into the skin really easily, does not sensitise or cause irritation, no redness and no stinging, no scent which is great. the only downside for me is the price tag, i wish it was more affordable so due to the price i dont know if i would purchase it at full price

Very gentle, minimal impact
While I am fairly new to retinols, I find this very, very gentle to the point where the result is minimal and not what I'd expect from a retinol product. No complaints on texture, smell or pump, just on the efficacity. I'm sceptical whether others will see any impact. You might as well just use the jet lag mask overnight and get similar results from the niacinamide in that. Price not justified.

Great option for sensitive skin
If you have sensitive skin, this is a great retinol to start out with! It is really gentle and you can gradually build up the usage. The texture is very smooth and works great when you are sandwiching it with other skincare products because it does not pill at all.
