Amazing relaxing fragrance
I love this de-stress oil. I use it when I shower in the evening, and place a capful of oil in my chest and stomach and take a few breaths. It truly relaxes me and takes me to another dimension. The smell is strong, but it's necessary for the experience. I then shower as usual.

Not for me
Main issue with this one for me is that personally, I just didn’t like the smell. But, since that’s quite a personal preference, I’m going easy on the rating. I didn’t find the scent relaxing or even very pleasant at all, and also quite strong, so go easy on it. Also note that it’s not an emulsifying type oil, so it will sit on the water/stay on your skin if you don’t wash it off with soap.

Beautiful
I love this oil. It feels like a self-care treat to soak in a bath with this, and I really do feel a little calmer and less stressed after using it. You only need a tiny bit for each bath and the smell lingers in and scents my bathroom for hours afterwards, so I feel that you get your money’s worth. Does leave my skin feeling a little moisturised after a bath and also the scent lingers on my skin, so ongoing aromatherapy benefits.

Not the best
I was keen to try this after my favourite bath/shower oil got discontinued from another brand, but I was a bit disappointed with this. I found the scent overwhelmingly strong, to the point where it gave me a bit of a headache. I was also expecting it to emulsify when mixed with water but it just stays on the skin and takes a bit of rinsing off. It’s not a major negative, just not what I’m used too. I’ll finish the bottle as given the price I didn’t want to waste it, but I’ll only be using a tiny amount at a time and might try mixing it with another product. Would not repurchase.

Very heavily fragranced
You really have to love aromatherapy oils and their pungent fragrance to splurge on this oil. Unfortunately the fragrance is just too overwhelming for me. I also did not experience any benefit from the oil at all - whether it be to soothe sore muscles or to moisturise the skin. It does not emulsify when applied to wet skin I was not keen on a layer of oil on the skin but I appreciate that many people do and that it is part of the experience of using these shower oils. I think this must be something you apply in the bath/ shower after washing your body with soap or shower gel as there do not appear to be any cleansing properties to this oil. I'm afraid it's a pass for me.
