I love Eve Lom cleansers; thought this was a great idea and was excited to try. I just don’t like them. The capsules are very fiddly to open and spill more often than not; the oil is nice enough but tricky to apply while juggling the capsule and trying to preserve what hasn’t been spilt. It does take off make up and sunscreen well, but then it’s fiddly to get off - I ended up having to double cleanse. Genuinely not worth the drama!

Nice!
I actually did enjoy this a lot. Took the case away last exactly perfectly for my holiday. Actually quite liked the smell and loved the consistency of the oil. Might even liked it more than the balm. Especially like the fact that they are biodegradable but do think they are too expensive. Would still recommend though.

Terrible case and bad smell
I got this in one of advent calendars. I find this case an absolute design nightmare - the case rotates in my back and the capsules either fall out or get stuck between the plastic and open and leak everywhere - I really despise this. The oil itself has a very unpleasant strong herbal smell - I do like herbal normally, but there is something exremely offputting about this one. I will definitely not repurchase. Also the case takes sooo much space, for travel it is a terrible idea to take over so much space in your limited luggage. Get a normal cleanser!

Great capsules. Travel case badly designed
The capsules are great. The travel case not so much. The capsules get caught in the case as they stick to the plastic lid. I wasted 3 capsules because they got caught in the lid of the travel case and burst.
