Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new favorite, this can give the finest of lines, but I love to dot in where my lashes are, top and bottomIt makes you look like you have very thick lashes, just lightly dot away. For evening it lines beautifully and if your looking for a meticulous cat eye this will do it. So impressed with this liner.
