Sadly, I did not like this at all

I get on well with most Sunday Riley products, so this was a double disappointment. It is a gel cream formula in a very bright orange-yellow colour. This was the first problem, there is so much colouring that if you have very pale skin it actually adds a tint, and orange-yellow on top of a pale cool-toned skin is not flattering. When I cleansed my face at the end of the day, the yellow came off and was the same colour on the cloth. Not nice at all. The second was that this never actually absorbed, it left a tacky shiny sheen on my skin, like I had overheated first thing in the morning. I was hoping for the glow of good health but got an unhealthy yellowish shine instead. If I was generous with the product I probably would have reached a hot flush and jaundice effect. I used my deluxe size twice, then gave up revolted. For me, this was just an unpleasant disappointment. If you have a warm skintone, you will get away with the yellow colouring, but you still may not like the finish.

Visible results

Whilst the orange/yellow colour of this cream was surprising to me, I have been impressed with the results as my skin has a visibly brighter glow. The only drawback of this product is that it has a slight turmeric scent; however, it is not strong and so it does not bother me. I would recommend this product unless you do not like the smell of turmeric.

Beatiful

Like pretty much every other Sunday Riley product, this cream also smells so so incredible. I have been using vitamin C serum since its started trending haha but even if that trend is over soon I would keep using it because it is just so nice smelling and it makes my face feel really fresh

My new fave day cream

Gorgeous texture - cool, gel-cream - that melts into the skin and leaves a lovely glow. Doesn't clog or leave any piling on the skin. Sun screen and makeup goes on easily afterwards. The fragrance is on the stronger side but I like it. Will re-purchase for sure.

Hydrating

I bought the mini size of this but will definitely be buying the full-size next time. Usually under my eyes are sensitive and would be runny after eye cream but this one hasn't done so. I have very dark circles and I feel like this is hydrating under my eye very well and the vitamin c is brightening it, looking forward to seeing further results after prolonged use.
