Reliable hand cream
Picked this as a free test sample and liked this rather old fashioned retro hand cream. Seems it has been around for ever. Not greasy and very effective, hand care essential product for everyday use. Good choice for daily hand care. Nothing fancy but reliable and it works! Definitely a repeat product purchase! Highly recommend as a family household staple go to hand cream. Like the story and name of how this product came about too. Great to try samples and test and decide upon purchasing full size products.

Lovely hand cream
This hand cream absorbs easily, doesn't leave the hands feeling oily and has a lovely light fragrance. I find it great for use in the day time. However, I find that it's not strong enough when my hands are very dry or for use before bed, and I much prefer to use Nursem's Skin Fix for these times. However, this cream is also good for more regular use.

Incredible
I received a sample of this hand cream with a recent order; it is an absolute game changer! I have always suffered with really dry hands and this is one of a very few products that make a difference. It also has a really lovely spa like scent to it. Really pleasant to use and does the job brilliantly!

Fantastic Hand Cream
I have incredibly dry skin and this hand cream is an absolute miracle, it has saved my hands from cracking and being miserably sore for the last few years. Nursem is now the only hand cream I use and it is great that it is available in so many different sizes, perfect for home. handbags and traveling.

Excellent
I tried two trial sachets as the texture was so different to any other hand cream I had used. I tend to put. Good cream on at the end of the day so it can soak in, but the beauty of this one is that it is absorbed immediately so is great to use throughout the day.
