Not for me
I was extremely excited about this product as I love the Byredo scents and fragrances alongside the benefits of Suzanne Kaufmann's wonderful products but this was a real miss for me. Firstly I didn't like the fragrance at all, secondly it changed so dramatically on the skin and thirdly didn't last. The longevity would have been what made this worth the cost but sadly its a miss.

I don't understand it
I've had a long journey with Byredo - I've wanted to love it but had as many misses as I've had hits. This sadly is another miss. I thought the oil might make for a longer-lasting fragrance but it doesn't. At first, I had hight hopes for something with a bit of depth because it's quite powerful, but it never arrived. The fragrance seems to go through a few mutations in a quick period of time. At one point I was wondering if it didn't remind me more of household cleaner than personal fragrance. And then pow - it was gone, leaving only a slightly sticky patch on my skin where it had once been.

I bought this new Byredo Susanna K collab fragrance oil out of curiosity as I couldn’t find any testers in any stores. It is expensive for the size but I had some Space NK vouchers to use. The short longevity is as expected with Byredo and the scent itself is fresh but woody at first but dries down to a more pleasant sweet smell. Marked down in stars due to value for money.

Disappointing
I am such a massive Byredo fan and love all of their fragrances, but this product is a bit of a disappointment if I'm honest. The scent is very strong at the start but then fades quickly. It also feels a bit sticky on the skin which is not great. I would not buy this again.

Don't blind-buy this
I really was excited for this but honestly it's not worth the money. It's a bit of a mess of a fragrance. The beginning is over powering, slightly burnt almost woody. I see what they were going for but it never gets there. You'll be disappointed if you were hoping for a true forest scent. Then it gets pretty good for about half an hour - sweet but vaguely interesting, kind of Gypsy Water but with a slight edge. After an hour it's completely gone. If I'd tested this before I bought it? I wouldn't have bothered. It's not long lasting enough to justify the price tag, scent is obviously personal but at £90 I'd expect any scent to last at least a few hours. The packaging is cheap and the lid on the bottle feels like it's probably going to crack at some point soon. Please try this before you buy it and let it sit for a while.
