Amazing to diminish eyebags

Firstly I’ve noticed this eye cream gets absorbed so well into skin, I used it in my night routine and upon waking my eyes were so bright and my eyebags diminished. Excellent eye cream

De-puffs under eyes!
I received the fresh black tea eye cream complimentary from freshbeauty. It is absolutely moisturizing. The caffeine in the black tea instantly de-puffs the eyes. The fragrance is mild and the texture of the eye cream is very rich. Must have in my skincare’ routine.
