Calming
The smell is subtle comparing to the other aromatherapy products I used before, I find the strong scent will disturb me from falling asleep, so this one is just about right. The calming therapeutic smell does help me sleep, and it has become one of my night routine now. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Fragrance
A good sized sample of the Bamford B Silent night-time pillow mist was in the recent With Love Edit Beauty Discovery Gift. It is a beautiful fragrance which is great for calming an overactive mind or just fragrancing a room generally. I would agree with other reviewers that it doesn't last particularly well and personally I find other products better for sleep, but I do like this spray and would repurchase.
