Apply two to three pumps on to your face, neck, décolleté and eye contour, each morning and night. Gently massaging into skin until it is absorbed.
How to use the Alter-Care Serum refill system:
- Lift the refill out of the bottle
- Hold the neck of the refill, unscrew the cap and put it aside
- Take the pump and screw the refill into it
- Hold the bottle with the STELLA logo facing you, then insert the pump and refill into the bottle with the pump facing you. Ensure it is fully inserted and then screw until you hear a click.
- Keep the cap of the refill if you wish to use it by itself or on the go

Received a good size sample, I was looking forward to this serum but it didn’t wow me at all . It is nice snd light weight and a nice scent , skin did feel alittle hydrated but otherwise just ok. I have looked at buying Stella McCartney skincare and the packaging looks nice but not for me on this occasion.

Nothing special….
Received as a sample, I don’t think I would purchase the full size. It didn’t really do anything for my skin, I didn’t notice any difference from using it to not? My skin did feel hydrated and soft but no more so than just using my moisturiser. I just feel like it’s an added cost I just don’t need nor can I justify. I did enjoy using but I’m not too sure if I would have felt the same if I’d purchased myself?

Luxurious serum
This is the second time I have purchased Stella Alter Care Serum. It continues to delight me with the luxurious texture and how smoothly it glides on cleansed skin. It is gentle yet absorbs perfectly to give my skin a very soft feeling, ready for moisturiser. The serum has a very refreshing, calming scent. I also liked the fact that you can purchase the serum in a lovely refill package which not only reduces the price but also is environmentally friendly. I will be repeating my purchase of Stella's Alter Care Serum.

Just a lightweight moisturiser
I got a deluxe sample size of this for my birthday gift and was intrigued to use it to see if the claims regarding diminishing dark circles were true. For me this has done absolutely nothing, nice texture and slight scent but really just seems like a nice gel cream moisturiser or heavier serum to me more than anything. No noticeable changes at all, but maybe this could be due to the type of dark circle I have which is more because of thin skin than any hyperpigmentation.

No wow factor for me
I used a generous sample tube size over several instances of a few days in a row. The scent is mild and pleasant, the consistency is quite gel like and runny and it feels nice and absorbs well on the skin. I have sensitive skin and had no adverse reaction to this. Skin did feel hydrated and soft; I probably didn't use it long enough to notice any difference with dark circles but mine are thankfully not too bad anyway. Based on the sample I might have tried the full size if it weren't that price - frankly my experience with the product wasn't sufficiently good for me to spend that much!
